End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Meg AV Sales, owned and operated by AllRoundFix LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Meg AV Sales operates the website https://megaavsales.online and distributes antivirus software, digital license keys, and related products.

All software features, performance, updates, and functionality are controlled and managed by the respective manufacturer.

4. License Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Software

• Remove or alter copyright or proprietary notices

Any violation of these terms will immediately terminate your license.

5. Activation and License Keys

Meg AV Sales is not responsible for misuse, unauthorized sharing, or loss of license keys after delivery.

6. Updates and Product Changes

Meg AV Sales does not guarantee the availability, frequency, or duration of updates.

7. No Absolute Security Guarantee

Security and antivirus software cannot guarantee complete protection against all cyber threats, malware, or system vulnerabilities.

You acknowledge that effectiveness may vary depending on system configuration, usage patterns, and external factors.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meg AV Sales and AllRoundFix LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation

Any applicable warranties are provided solely by the software manufacturer, not by Meg AV Sales.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meg AV Sales and AllRoundFix LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Security incidents or malware infections
• Business interruption or financial loss

Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Software.

10. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

It will terminate automatically if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and remove it from your devices.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy available on the Website.

Software licenses may be non-refundable once activated, unless otherwise stated in the applicable policy.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Modifications to This Agreement

Meg AV Sales reserves the right to revise or update this EULA at any time.

Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
